Who we are
Happy Haven STR, LLC is a short-term vacation rental company. We operate and manage direct-booked stays in Utah, running the whole guest experience ourselves — reservations, arrival and door-code access, in-stay support, and departure — rather than handing guests off to a call centre.
Desert Peak Lodge in Grantsville is the home we operate today. Reaching a person is the point: the guest line below is answered by our team, and a text to the same number reaches the same people.

A large-group retreat in the Tooele Valley, about 45 minutes west of Salt Lake City and seven minutes from the Desert Peak Complex — pool, rodeo grounds, motor speedway, and motocross track.

The owner lives in a fully separate basement unit with its own private entrance. Exterior cameras cover the grounds for safety; there are none indoors.

A cleaning fee of $299 is charged per stay. Parties above 8 guests add $20 per additional guest per night. Utah transient room tax applies. Rates shown are for direct bookings; rates on Airbnb, VRBO, and other channels are higher.
Booking
Online booking is not open yet. This page takes no reservations and no payments, and there is no checkout on this site. To check availability or hold dates, call or text the guest line, or send us an email — a person will answer and take it from there.
Minimum stay is 2 nights, rising to 3 nights over holiday periods. Check-in is 4:00 PM and check-out is 10:00 AM, property time.

What we send
Messages about your stay: booking confirmations, pre-arrival access codes, mid-stay check-ins, cleaner and vendor dispatch, and owner notifications. Promotional messages are limited to early check-in offers, late check-out offers, and return-guest offers. Message frequency varies with your booking. Message and data rates may apply.
How you stop
Reply STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT to any message and we stop. You will get one confirmation back:
