Agreement

These terms govern use of happyhavenstr.com and bookings made directly with Happy Haven STR. Bookings made on Airbnb, VRBO, Booking.com, or Furnished Finder are also subject to that platform's terms.

Bookings and payment

Direct bookings are charged in full at confirmation via Stripe. A booking is confirmed when payment succeeds and you receive a confirmation email. Door codes are delivered before check-in per the schedule in your confirmation.

Cancellations and refunds

See the Refund Policy. Summary: cancel more than 24 hours before check-in for a full refund of nightly rates and cleaning fees; at or under 24 hours, nightly and cleaning charges are not refunded. Taxes are refunded proportionally; payment-processing fees are not refundable.

House rules and damage

Guests agree to the property's house rules and the damage agreement presented at booking. A $500 refundable hold may be placed on your card and is released within 3 business days after checkout absent a claim.

Liability

Under counsel review — counsel to provide limitation of liability, indemnification, dispute resolution, arbitration, and governing-law clauses (Utah).
