Acceptable Use Policy

This policy governs use of the Happy Haven STR website, guest portal, cleaner portal, vendor portal, and owner portal.

You agree not to

Use any portal to harass, defraud, or impersonate others.
Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the service, or bypass authentication or rate limits.
Scrape or bulk-extract data, including property knowledge and booking data.
Use Heavenly (the AI concierge) to generate unlawful content or to attempt to extract other guests' information.
Submit false inspection reports, invoices, or damage claims (cleaner and vendor portals).

We may suspend portal access and cancel bookings for violations. Unlawful activity is referred to law enforcement.
